NadaMoo Rockiest Road Ice Cream Review

NadaMoo Rockiest Road: 6/10 - I could definitely tell it was dairy-free which I'm sure to people who can only eat dairy-free ice cream, wouldn't mind/notice a difference. I also personally don't love chocolate ice cream so my review is pretty biased. 

There were also vegan marshmallows mixed in which was really surprising texture-wise but I would label it as a bug instead of a feature. This is a great option for those who normally eat dairy-free and actually like chocolate ice cream, I'm just picky with my ice cream. There are also lots of chunks of nuts in this which makes the texture even more uncomfortable. The more I have, the more the taste itself grows on me but I don't think I'll ever really enjoy the texture that much.

Banana Bread: 12/10 - This was genuinely the best bar I've ever eaten. I don't know what, but something about it quite literally made me physically smile. The taste was so good I felt like my insides were melting. However, keep in mind that this dramatic review could just be because I was hungry. I am so fascinated at how Lärabar continues to make such appealing products with just 3-6 ingredients! They keep raising the bar every time. (pun intended) Specifically what I liked about this bar was the obvious banana taste and the perfect amount of mix-ins. It was super sugary but definitely not too much sugar and it is very hard to find that 'sweet spot' (pun intended) so props to them! There was a great number of nuts, not too much, not too little. Trader Joe's Ricotta & Lemon Zest Ravioli Review

Ricotta & Lemon Zest Ravioli: 8/10 - I don't typically like ricotta but the tang of lemon was really delicious. They also all stayed together really well and none of the filling was coming out and there was no pasta falling apart which was a huge plus.  I'd say the only thing I didn't like was how bland they were but that could easily be fixed by adding seasoning or sauce of some sort. Overall a great flavor.

Chickpea Curry & Spinach Rice Bowl Review

Chickpea Curry Bowl: 6/10 - I was really excited to try this dish because all of the ingredients and the description looked great. But once I cooked it, it was just a mushy, spicy bowl of rice.  All of the ingreadients just blended together so it was pretty much a slimy, brown meal which personally doesn't intrigue me.  The flavors still went fine together and it tasted pretty good but I feel like I could've easily made something that tasted just as good (and looked a little nicer) without buying this. Overall, taste was fine (but not amazing) but presentation was definitely a little rough.
